If one of your tenants gives notice to terminate the lease agreement, unless you decide otherwise, our rent department will immediately take steps to find a new tenant to take over the property as soon as it becomes vacant, in order to avoid having the property stand empty for significant periods and to ensure that you enjoy regular income from your property.

FEES - TENANTS RESEARCH
The rental fee is calculated on the amount of monthly rent. The tenant and the landlord will settle their respective shares under the Act of July 6, 1989.
